Cingene Rice

Zutaten Für 4 Personen:

150 gr rice
150 gr bulgur
20 gr butter
500 ml hot water
2 gr salt
1 gr black pepper

Heat of butter in a saucepan. Take rice and bulgur in a deep bowl. Strain excess water after washing thoroughly. Put the bulgur and rice into the pot. Add salt and black pepper and mix for 2 minutes. Add hot water and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Serve warm after resting.
