Baba Ganoush

Zutaten Für 4 Personen:

Ingredients:

2 eggplants
250 gr yoghurt
40 ml sesame paste
2 garlic cloves
Salt (optional)
20 ml olive oil
½ bund parsley
2 gr chili pepper

Ingredients:

Wash the eggplants and stick a fork to several parts of them. Grill them in oven and let them cool. Mix yoghurt, sesame paste, salt and grated garlic in a bowl. Take the inside of eggplant out with a spoon and make a puree of it with a food processor. Add it to the mixture, mix and garnish with chopped parsley, olive oil and chili pepper.
