Thyme is a perennial herb that loves sunny places, usually grows on barren soils. They are between 15 and 40 cm tall. Thyme herb is harvested from June to October. 4-5 cm above the ground or by cutting the shoots, dried in sunny, airy places and care is taken not to exceed 35°C while drying.

How To Use Thyme?
