Zutaten Für 4 Personen:

Ingredients :

800 gr lamb meat (diced)

100 gr shallot onion

50 gr pealed and boiled almond

50 gr dried apricot

30 gr dried razaki grapes

50 gr dried plum

50 gr dried fig

30 gr butter

40 gr honey

400 ml warm water

Melt the butter in a large pot and add the lamb meat. Cook the meat until it soaks all its water in. Chope the onions small, add into the pot and cook 2-3 more minutes. Pour warm water into the pot and cook for 45 minutes over lower heat. After 45 minutes, add grapes, pulms, honey and salt. Let it cook for 5 more minutes. In a pan saute almonds, chopped figs and apricot. Then, add it into the pot. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
