Muhammara

Zutaten Für 4 Personen:

Ingredients:

White crumbs of 4 slices of bread
100 gr fine walnut
60 gr tomato paste and 60 gr hot paprika paste
Juice of 1 lemon
40 ml water
4 gr salt
2 gr chili pepper
2 gr cumin
50 ml olive oil

Ingredients:

White crumbs of 4 slices of bread

Put the cumbs in a bowl and pour water, lemon juice on it. Add in this order; tomato paste, hot paparika paste, cihili pepper, salt, cumin, fine walnutand olive oil. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Slic a baguette very thin and serve muhammara on bread slices.
