Poppy Seed Scone

Put 5/6 of the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the middle of it. Pour 5/7 of the olive oil and break the egg into the whole. Mix the yeast with water and add it to flour with salt. Pour the rest of the flour to the mixture and knead it meanwhile. Be sure the dough is not too hard. Put some flour to the kitchen counter and keep kneading the dough on it. After cover the dough with a towel and rest it for 15 minutes. Put some flour on both sides of the dough and roll it thin with a roller pin (Not too thin). Pour 2/7 of the olive oil, sesame paste and fine walnut onto rolled dough. Hold the dough from a long edge and start rolling. After it becomes long and thin roll sprinkle the poppy seeds all over it. Twist the roll from two corners and stretch it out a bit. Oil the oven pot with rest of the olive oil. Make a ring with the dough and put it in oven pot. After, press the dough with your hands (not too strong). Cover the pot with a towel and let it rest for 15 minutes. Bake it in pre-heated oven for 25 minutes at 175 degrees. Slice before serving.
