Tel Kadayif Dessert
Ingredients:
500 gr kadayif noodle
20 ml grape syrup
45 gr butter
150 gr walnut
For Syrup:
800 ml hot water
1/2 lemon
500 gr sugar

Tease out kadayif noodles. Melt the butter in a pan, pour on kadayif and mix well. Mix grape syrup and butter and use the mixture to butter a tray. Place half of walnut to bottom of tray evenly. Place a layer of kadayif on walnut pieces. Get ground walnut from the pieces and put it on first layer of kadayif. Place second layer of kadayif on ground walnut and bake it for 30 minutes at 170 degrees until it is golden. Then, flip the kadayif to another tray. In another pot, boil hot water, lemon and sugar for 10 minutes at medium fire. After it gets cool, pour it with aladle on kadayif. Slice before serving.
