Stuffed Kadayif with Walnuts
Ingredients:
600 grams of fresh kadayif noodles
200 g grated walnut
6 eggs
200 ml milk
1 packet of vanilla
To fry;
200 ml oil
For syrup;
200 g sugar
1L water
½ lemon’s juice

Boil the sugar and water in a deep pot for about 20 min. Put the lemon juice into the pot and boil it for 1-2 minutes more and turn off the stove. Ventilate the kadayif with your hands. Take 1 palm big pieces on the kitchen counter. Put 1 tablespoon of walnut on the kadayif and wrap it by folding the edges to the inside. Mix the eggs, milk and vanilla thoroughly in a bowl. Soak the kadayif rolls with egg mixture. Put oil in a deep saucepan and heat. Fry all sides of rolls. Take the fried rolls out and put them in the cold syrup. Keep them in the syrup for 3-4 minutes and then put it on the serving plate. Serve warm.
