Potato Salad with Bacon
Ingredients:
5 medium siye potatoes
7 slices pastirma
1/6 bund parsley
70 ml olive oil
10 ml mustard
20 ml vinegar
15 gr salt
2 gr black pepper
5 green onions
1/6 bund fresh mint

Chop pastirma into small pieces. Heat olive oil in asmall pan. Put pastirma into pan and roast. During roasting, peal the potaoes that you´ve boiled and cooled. Put olive oil in a bowl and add salt, mustard, vinegar then mix. Take the pastirma from the stove. Chop green onions very thin and add to sauce. Pick parsley and mint leaves, chop very thin and add to the mixture. Mix the bowl and drizzle black pepper. Cut boiled potatoes into 4 and slice thin. Put the potatoes onto salad and place the pastirma on it. Mix the whole salad one more time and garnish as you desire. Salad is ready to serve!
