
Cig Kofte
Ingredients:
240 gr fine bulgur
5 green onions
3 green peppers
2 lemons
1/2 bund parsley
105 gr paprika paste
40 gr chili pepper
200 gr low fat ground meat
4 gr black pepper
6 gr salt
For Serving:
1 eisberg
1/2 lemon
1/2 medium size tomato
2 braches of fresh mint and green onion
Ingredients:
240 gr fine bulgur
5 green onions

105 gr paprika paste
40 gr chili pepper
200 gr low fat ground meat

For Serving:
1 eisberg
1/2 lemon
1/2 medium size tomato
2 braches of fresh mint and green onion
Cut green peppers to half and take the seeds out. Chop the peppers, parsley and green onions very thin. Slice the lemon 1 cm width and take the seeds out. Put fine bulgur on a tray and add chili pepper, paprika paste and lemon slices. Knead the bulgur with these for 2 minutes and remove lemon peels. Add green onions to the tray and keep kneading by pressing with your palms and beginning of your wirst for 10 minutes. Take tke mixture to the middle of the tray and add salt, black pepper, chopped parsley and ground meat. Knead 10 more minutes and make one big ball with mixture by rolling it between your hands. Take a bit of paprika paste and cover the ball with it (very thin layer). Let cigkofte rest. Before serving; take leaves from eisberg and place on a serving platter. Cut a lemon to half and place next to leaves. Put green onions and mint branches around the leaves. Slice the tomato and put them next to lemons. Take pieces from the bulgur mixture enough to fill your palm and shape them by squeezing gently (shape of your finger should be seenable on them). Finally, place them on platter too and serve.
