German-Turkish Institute for Work and Education e.V (DTI)

In 2011, the head of the company, together with German and Turkish-born personalities and with the support of the University of Economics for Management (HdWM), founded the “German-Turkish Institute for Work and Education” (DTI), a further association that promotes the promotion of higher education. One focus of the DTI is the creation of international exchange programs in education and higher education, including the possibility of acquiring dual qualifications and conducting internships. The focus is on the exchange and understanding between Germans and Turks living in Germany. Young people should be able to exchange ideas both interculturally and scientifically, with the aim of attracting talented young professionals from both countries and opening up the German education market for students, young people and young adults from Turkey.
